Work Week Foodie was born from first-hand experience of how consistent healthy eating and exercise can change your life forever.

I’m the creator of Work Week Foodie.

I was sick. Several years ago I was really sick. I had chronic back pain, dreadful headaches, high blood pressure and digestive issues.  I also found it  hard to sleep – even when I was exhausted after a busy day in the office sitting at a desk. All these problems, and I was only in my early thirties.  And of course my waistline had expanded. There could never be enough hours in the gym to fix all of my issues, nor could I stick longer term with any of the diet plans I tried.  So after years of frustration and poor health, I decided enough was enough. I had to get back to basics – and get to the true underlying reasons for my terrible eating habits. After following countless fad diets over the years, it was finally time to fix my broken body. Permanently.

Not another diet. Diets are hard to maintain over a long time period, especially if they don’t reflect and support your chosen lifestyle. Really it is not so difficult to lose weight – but to maintain it for years? Not that easy. Of course they never tell you that in the diet books. You would stop buying them.

To make a long term change, we have to confront a huge misconception many people have about healthy food – including me when I was dieting: that if it’s good for you, it’s going to be boring, bland and tasteless. That is just plain wrong!

Work Week Foodie is less about what to do (don’t we all know that eating healthy is good for us?) but rather how to do it in an effective, sustainable and enjoyable way that does not conflict with your lifestyle.  Do you know how to prepare ahead 10 different meals for the busy work week to match your daily busy schedule?  An even more important part of the puzzle: do you have the strategies and preparation in place to consistently eat healthy on most work days? For nutrition to work, it has to be consistent. And good, consistent nutrition does not just happen on its own, especially in a busy corporate environment.  You have to make it happen. And I’m here to help you do just that.

I work a 9-to-5 job in sales. A few years ago I became a Certified Diet Coach helping other corporate foodies fix their broken diets. My own transformation, which I’ve been able to sustain for years, combined with passion in home kitchen department has made me The Chief Healthy Foodie Officer. I love food and also getting my body moving, but it wasn’t always like that for me.




I know how hard it is to get started and especially how hard it is to keep going. Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going. I learned how to have 20 different tasty meals for the whole week in no time. All it takes is a bit of smart planning and execution. I have done this hundreds of times and helped others around me. I have helped many people I personally coached and even fed. They too lost many pounds of fat and stayed that way. If you have tried all of the diets and none has worked for you over the long run, you will love the way I do it.


I simply cannot afford NOT to plan and cook my food. Persistent bad food choices translate into less energy, strength and productivity. Not to mention that I get to save a lot on fast food and takeout:-). It just works!

I love the way I eat. When I made my own transformation over 10 years ago, it was the very first time in my life I truly recaptured control. I developed a sort of ‘assembly line’ meal planning system that is completely aligned with my specific life and work routine. It has helped me to eat healthy for years. As in everything, the key to achieving top-notch results is consistency.

If you don’t love the way you eat, it simply won’t work long term. Food is a big part of our lives. After all, we will need to eat for the rest of our lives, right? So why diet?
