Ingredients

  • Bunch of arugula leaves
  • 4 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 ripe avocado, seed removes and cut into smaller bites
  • 100 grams Parmesan, grated
  • 2-3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Prep Instructions

  1. On a large plate place arugula.
  2. Top with tomatoes, avocado and grated Parmigiano.
  3. Sprinkle with extra virgin olive oil.
