Asian Style Tofu With Veggies

Easy, easy and easy. Cut all the ingredients, do a quick stir fry and fly. That’s all I can say about this quick to fix vegetarian meal. Let’s get rolling Foodies!

Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 250 grams firm tofu, cubed or shredded
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Red chili pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon organic honey

Prep Instructions

  1. On a pan heat up sesame oil. Make sure it is very hot but also be very careful.
  2. Add chopped vegetables and tofu cubes into the pan and stir fry it for 5 minutes.
  3. Add soy sauce, red pepper flakes and honey. Stir well all ingredients.
  4. Serve with jasmine rice on a side or rice noodles.
