BAKED JUICY PLUMS WITH ROLLED OATS

Always use the seasonal produce. During August there is tons of plums available around here in Prague. Inexpensive, juicy, tender, sweet. Love them. And there’s ton of them. What to do with them? Try this small snack recipe and you might overeat. Let’s get rolling Foodies!

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo plums, seeds removed and halved
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Prep Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 180 Celsius degrees.
  2. Mix plums with rolled oats and cinnamon and honey.
  3. Fill your ramekins with the mixture half way.
  4. Place ramekins in the oven and cook for 20 minutes.
