BLACKBERRIES INFUSED ROLLED OATS

ROLLED OATS ON BLACKBERRIES

Another twist of the rolled oats recipe. This time I used a magic blackberries preservatives that I received from my mom. The blackberries dense and juicy jam-like produce¬†added such a fruity kick to the oats that they were literally fidgeting around in my lunch box. Let’s get rolling Foodies!

BLACKBERRIES PRESERVATIVE I KEPT LONG TIME IN THE FRIDGE
VERY RICH AND DENSE FRUITY PUNCH

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup steel cut oats
  • 1/2 natural yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds
  • 2 teaspoons blackberries preservatives
  • 2-3 nuts (whatever you have, I used raw pecans)
  • 5 raisins
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Vanilla protein powder (optional)

Prep Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix natural yogurt with protein (if using).
  2. On top place the oats, seeds and cinnamon.
  3. Top with blackberries preservative and mix well.
