BROWNIE EXPLOSION

One of these days you have to break some of the healthy eating rules. Otherwise it would be just another diet. A diet is a flawed concept in itself. I was doing it I admit. But not any more. Life is so much better nowadays. I can not believe how many people follow diets in the classic way. Deprivation for a period of whatever but usually a month or so before they blow it all. WorkWeekFoodie is diet-agnostic. It’s about enjoying food with nutrients but sometimes I like to break all the rules. This recipe is exactly doing this. Let’s get breaking Foodies!

Ingredients

  • 1 brownie mix
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 80 mililitres oil
  • 80 mililitres water
  • 1/2 cup walnuts

Prep Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients with a spatula into a smooth chocolate mixture.
  2. Place the mixture in a glass baking sheet.
  3. Top the mixture with walnuts to create an even layer of the nuts on top.
  4. Bake in 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
  5. Be reasonable and do not eat it all at once. Remember it’s a treat so treat it like a treat. Best advice is modesty and having a smaller piece every day rather than going all ballistic and overshooting big time your caloric intake for the whole day.
