Ingredients
1 big celery root, cut into long thin slices
2 tablespoons red curry powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
Prep Instructions
Heat up the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Clean the celery and cut it into thin stripes.
In a bowl mix olive oil with curry and turmeric powder.
PutĀ celery fries in a bowl with the mix and rub it all on the fries.
Place the curriedĀ fries on a baking sheet and put into the oven on grill setting and cook for 30 minutes.
