Oats are good, oats are healthy. I like oats. They fill me up nice and for longer. I like their crunch and consistency. But this breakfast was a real killer. Eggs, avocado and ripe tomatoes sprinkled with olive oil. This was good big time. And kept my tummy full for long. Give it a try Foodies. Absolutely worth it.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1-2 ripe tomatoes, cubed
  • 1-2 teaspoons olive oil

Prep Instructions

  1. Cook your eggs on a non-stick skillet.
  2. On a plate put 1/2 avocaodo and add next to it chopped ripe tomatoes.
  3. You can add some Sriracha sauce to spice things up.
