I make this breakfast the day before actually eating it. I always make 2-4 portions for me and my wife. So I do not mix it with the yogurt but just leave the oats and remaining ingredients on top of the yogurt. I simply like the rolled oats crunch. But if you prefer your oats absorbing yogurt then go ahead and mix well and store overnight in a fridge.
