Chia Seeds & Goji Berries Rolled Oats

Another twist of pretty simple oats. But this one is loaded with grains and the magic goji berries. As always easiness and simplicity of this meal makes it a perfect breakfast for busy Work Week Foodies. Let’s get rolling Foodies!


  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (I used wheat and spelt mix)
  • 1/2 cup Greek style yogurt
  • 6-8 raw almonds
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon raisins
  • 1 teaspoon dried Goji bearries
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 spoon vanilla protein (optional)

Prep Instructions

  1. Mix protein powder (if using) with yogurt.
  2. Add remaining ingredients on top and mix well.

I make this breakfast the day before actually eating it. I always make 2-4 portions for me and my wife. So I do not mix it with the yogurt but just leave the oats and remaining ingredients on top of the yogurt. I simply like the rolled oats crunch. But if you prefer your oats absorbing yogurt then go ahead and mix well and store overnight in a fridge.
