Ingredients
1 kg of chicken breast cut into thinner 2 cm stripes
1/4 cup of flax-seeds
Salt and pepper
Prep Instructions
Cut chicken breasts into thinner stripes. I like thinner than thicker but it is up to you.
Whip 1 whole egg and soak all chicken slices in it.
Place on a greased with coconut oil baking sheet.
Sprinkle with flax-seeds, salt and pepper.
Cook in 200 degrees C for 15-20 minutes depending on thickness of your slices.
My best practice is to always have some of chicken stripes ready in my freezer for the busy days. This meal is very Power Cooking – friendly. Make one bigger batch some for now and some more for later.
There is really no limit to potential sides you can add to it. It goes great with some starchy side like rice or chickpeas. But it is a great and convenient complex protein addition to your light salad.
