This is one of the easiest and fastest quick fix treats you can find in WorkWeekFoodie recipes. It consists of mixing just 3-4 ingredients and packing it in your lunch boxes.
Ingredients
1/2 cup light Greek yogurt
2 fresh figs cut in half
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbs vanilla protein powder (optional)
Prep Instructions
Mix yogurt, vanilla extract and protein powder (if using it).
Squeeze out fig flesh and combine with mixture.
Optionally you can sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
Pack 2 portions for the office breakfast and a mini-meal or so called healthy snack later in the work day.
