  • 1 cup amaranth oats
  • 2 cups egg white
  • 4-5 frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 4 dates
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein
  • Coconut oil
  • Raspberries jam with no added sugar or
  • Fresh strawberries chopped
  • Natural yogurt

  • Flat bottom pan (traditional pancakes)
