GORGEOUS AVOCADO PISTACHIOS CREAMY DIP

It is my favorite flavor enhancer. This dip goes well with anything really. You may spread it on a chicken breast, piece of juicy cod or a whole wheat bread sandwich. It literally disappears from my fridge on the next day. It’s loaded with healthy fats and the punch of pistachios flavor. Loving it Big Time. Let’s get blending Foodies!

Ingredients

  • Bunch of fresh parsley
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 Jalapeno pepper, seeds removed
  • 1/4 cup raw pistachios
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice (1/2 a lemon)
  • Salt

Prep Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until achieving smooth consistency.
  2. Place in the fridge for at least an 1 hour to cool it down.
