If you grill any selection of raw veggies they can really make it a great companion to the protein of your choice. I love the¬†sweetness and the crunch of grilled unprocessed raw veggies. Let’s get grilling Foodies!

Ingredients

  • 2 peeled carrots, sliced into long pieces
  • 3 halved onions
  • 2 sweet potatoes, sliced into long pieces
  • 1 celery, cut into slices
  • 4-6 broccoli¬†florets
  • 3-4 fresh thyme stalks
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil (in spray form)

Prep Instructions

  1. On a baking sheet place all the vegetables.
  2. Spray with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped fresh thyme stalks
  3. Cook in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
