Ingredients
2 peeled carrots, sliced into long pieces
3 halved onions
2 sweet potatoes, sliced into long pieces
1 celery, cut into slices
4-6 broccoli florets
3-4 fresh thyme stalks
Salt and pepper
Olive oil (in spray form)
Prep Instructions
On a baking sheet place all the vegetables.
Spray with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped fresh thyme stalks
Cook in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
