Home-made enchilada sauce

Shake it well and add to your lasagnas, casseroles and meats. Perfect for a Mexican cooking session. Makes itself in 5 minutes. Colorful and rich in taste.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans whole peeled tomatoes
  • 1,5 cups of water
  • 4 tbsp chili powder
  • 4 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 4 tbsp red paprika
  • half an onion, coarsely chopped
  • 4-5  garlic cloves
  • 1 jalapeno, (without seeds)
  • 1-2 tsp salt

Prep Instructions

  1. Throw everything into your blender and give it a 1 minute blend ride.
