ITALIAN ORGANIC HAND MADE BURRATA WITH TOMATOES

Honestly I do not feel like writing about this dish. I’d rather focus on eating it. This is literally heaven in my mouth. If you close your eyes and taste it this will be like a quick trip to Italy. But with no airports and queues before check-ins. But seriously you have to try burrata once in your life. All this is possible thanks to this small, authentic and warm place in Prague – MozzarellaArt.

Ingredients

  • 1 burrata cheese
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 4 ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 basil leaves, chopped

Prep Instructions

  1. On a larger plate place tomatoes and burrata in the middle.
  2. Sprinkle with chopped onion, basil and olive oil.
  3. Serve with crunchy toasted loaf of whole wheat bread.

Burrata is a fresh Italian cheese made from mozzarella and cream. The outer shell is solid mozzarella, while the inside contains stracciatella and cream, giving it an unusual, soft texture.

The moment you enter this great place you are welcomed by super kind and smiley Italian staff and the tasty Italian products. You have to make a stop and drop by if you live or are around.
