It seems so boring I know. Lean chicken breasts usually dry out during the cooking process, come out pale and when paired with rice and broccoli it sounds like a typical bodybuilding post – workout meal. I admit I ate just like that for a long time before I lost all the unnecessary pounds of fat. But then I worked real hard how to re-invent it and and introduce the new better version of this protein staple in my diet. More colorful, juicier and tender. Let’s get grilling Foodies!

This is great idea to add fresh thyme or rosemary to chicken breast. I have planned powercooking for saturday so i have ready meals for whole week. Great tip!
