Another quick and easy variation of rolled oats with fruits. This can go on forever by just adding different fruits, oat types and goodies like nuts and seeds. Check this meal Foodies!
Ingredients
1/2 cup steel cut oats
1/2 natural yogurt
1 teaspoon sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds
1 peach, cut into small cubes
1/2 banana, sliced
2-3 nuts (whatever you have, I used raw pecans)
5 raisins
Pinch of cinnamon
Vanilla protein powder (optional)
Prep Instructions
In a bowl mix natural yogurt with protein (if using).
On top place the oats, seeds and cinnamon.
Top with the fruit pieces and give it a good stir.
