Protein Blackberries Cinnamon Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup steel-cut oats (you can use different types e.g. wheat, spelt, amaranth etc.)
  • 1/2 cup Light Greek yogurt
  • 5 raisins
  • 5-10 frozen or fresh blackberries
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Vanilla Protein Powder (optional)

Prep Instructions

  1. Place yogurt in your breakfast food canisters.
  2. Add protein powder (if using) and mix well to avoid any lumps.
  3. Top with oats, raisins, blackberries..
  4. Sprinkle top with ground cinnamon.
  5. Place in the fridge overnight and grab on the way to the office in the morning.

Nutrition Facts & Tips

Adding Protein Powder to this meal fortifies it with complete protein. It also adds a bit of sweetness and an amazing vanilla flavour. But if you are not using Protein Powder you can add a teaspoon of honey. But it tastes equally well with sweet-sour blackberries.
