5-MIN PROTEIN STRAWBERRIES YOGURT DIP

It does’t get easier, faster, tastier, more colourful and yum yum foodie!!! Now if someone tells me that it takes forever to cook and prepare a relatively healthy and nutritious meal and especially a dessert I won’t take it. If you prefer to go to the vending machine for yet another candy after reading this recipe you will think twice. Let’s get rolling Foodies! This is really simple, fast and nutritious.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of fresh strawberries
  • Greek yogurt or light version Greek yogurt (if you are saving the calories for some other treats:-)
  • Vanilla Protein Powder (optional)

Prep Instructions

  1. Wash strawberries under cold water and cut them in halves.
  2. Mix Greek yogurt with protein (if using it).
  3. Serve cold as a great snack or a mini-meal.
IT GOES WELL WITH A CUP OF GREEN TEA. OR A SHORT SHOT OF ESPRESSO COFFEE.
