Ingredients
1/2 medium size white cabbage
1/2 medium size red cabbage
Chives, chopped
3 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon balsamic wine vinegar
2 teaspoons French grain mustard
Sriracha Hot Chilli Sauce
Salt and pepper
Pinch of walnuts (optional)
Prep Instructions
Chop cabbage and place in a bigger bowl.
Prepare the seasoning. In a small bowl mix olive oil, sesame oil, balsamic wine vinegar and French whole grain mustard.
Add the seasoning to chopped cabbage, mix carefully to nicely and evenly spread it with the chopped leaves.
Add salt and pepper to taste and top with Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce.
