Love the vivid red color of redcurrants and their sweet and sour taste. When you combine it with a mix of natural yogurt and vanilla protein enhanced base you don’t need any other fuel for the next 3 hours or so. Let’s get rolling Foodies!
Ingredients
1 cup natural plain yogurt
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup fresh redcurrent
Prep Instructions
Mix yogurt with protein powder (optional). I like to enhance all my meals with protein. But if you chose not to then a vanilla extract is a great option too.
Add rolled oats and mix it well with yogurt and protein mixture.
Top with fresh redcurrants and gently mix all ingredients.
Serve for breakfast and take some for a mini meal in between your busy meetings to keep off the hunger.
