ROLLED OATS WITH BLACKBERRIES

Another day, another oats variations. Just swap the fruits and keep the same base – rolled oats. Let’s get rolling Foodies!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw rolled oats
  • 1 cup blackberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup water

Prep Instructions

  1. In a medium pot bring water to boiling and add rolled oats.
  2. Cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat basically simmering it. Mix frequently to avoid lumps.
  3. Add blackberries and mix well with the cooked and by now soft and sticky oats. Cook for additional 10 minutes.
  4. You can sprinkle all with a pinch of cinnamon.
