ROLLED OATS WITH BLUEBERRIES AND PEACH

Another variations of rolled oats. As I said throw in different fruits and create as many varieties as you want. Sky is the limit. Always thinks outside of the box as nothing is set in stone. So feel free to experiment and build new, innovative versions of one meal. Let’s get rolling Foodies!

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 peach, seed removed, chopped

Prep Instructions

  1. Mix yogurt with protein powder (optional). I like to enhance all my meals with protein. But if you chose not to then a vanilla extract is a great option too. You can also add the powerful spice called cinnamon. It is a very strong anti-oxidant.
  2. Add rolled oats and mix it well with yogurt and protein mixture.
  3. Top with fresh blueberries and chopped peach. Mix all ingredients.
  4. Serve for breakfast and always take an extra portion for a mini meal in between your busy meetings to keep off the hunger.
