I know this sounds like a strange combination but try this out. Classic salmon easy to prepare but with a taste of red coconut curry. Definitely worth it to give it a try and it is a quick and easy complete meal.
Ingredients
200 gram piece of salmon (no-skin)
1 teaspoon red curry paste
200 grams coconut milk
1 teaspoon organic honey
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Prep Instructions
On a pan heat up coconut oil. Add curry paste and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add coconut milk and honey. Whisk well curry paste to integrate with coconut milk and honey to create a smooth curry sauce with no lumps.
Add salmon, set heat to medium-low and cover with a lid.
