Can’t believe they are not fried!!! Who says you cannot have fries when eating healthy? Listen folks, we have all been fools to believe that a French fry is bad. Well I can understand why. When the Golden Arches company engineered the French fries the way they did it was over. And then obviously the whole craze about the diets. Well I’ll tell you this. This recipe is so simple and provides such an amazing real potato flavor that you will at least have once a week. Let’s get baking Foodies!


  • 4 bigger potatoes, peeled and cut into your preferred fries size
  • Olive oil in spray (you could alternatively use a cooking brush)
  • Salt

Prep Instructions

  1. Peel and cut your potatoes.
  2. Place on a baking sheet and spray with olive oil or brush with some olive using a brush.
  3. Bake in the oven for 35-45 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. Turn on the grilling function after the initial 20 minutes of baking.
  4. Serve immediately to enjoy the amazing crust.
