Ingredients
400 grams chickpeas (I used canned version this time)
Bunch of cilantro, roughly chopped
3 ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges or just smaller pieces
2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
Pinch of salt and red chili pepper flakes
Prep Instructions
In a medium bowl mix all ingredients.
Place in a fridge to cool down for 30 minutes or eat right away if you are that hungry.
