I like yet another twist of this vegetarian dish. Especially rewarding is the crunchiness of the cooked soy. Well let’s get right too it as it may be longer to write this recipe than prepare it. Let’s get rolling Foodies!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked or 2 cups canned soy beans
  • Turmeric powder
  • Red chili powder
  • Spicy red chili pepper
  • 200 grams fresh farmer goat cheese
  • 2-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
