Unbelievably simple and unbelievably nutritious. You literally need 4 ingredients including plain water. Cooked millet can be used as a filling side dish for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Let’s get rolling Foodies!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup millet
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Prep Instructions

  1. In a pot bring 2 cups of water to boil.
  2. Add millet, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.
  3. Lower the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
