VANILLA PEANUT BUTTER CHEESECAKE

Another day, anotherĀ  cheesecake variety. Always about variety. Just adding a little bit of peanut butter makes this cheesecake peanut butterish in a good way. Tastes perfect after an exhausting workout session and goes perfectly with a short, strong espresso. Let’s get desserting Foodies!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups no fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup real peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Prep Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl place cottage cheese, protein powder, vanilla extract and peanut butter. Mix well with a spatula.
  2. Place the mix into a baking sheet cook in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
  3. Set aside to cool down completely and store in a fridge overnight.
