Miko, Age 34

Business Development Manager

What did you like the most about the program?

Structure, clear and straightforward, solid materials to support what was discussed and most of all support, interaction, encouragement and enthusiasm from Arek throughout my transformation process. Last but not least financial aspect. Believe it or not but due to food preparation in advance it actually is possible to save significantly while really enjoying home cooked meals.

What was the biggest surprise for you in the program?

Significant reduction in alcohol consumption which was a casual habit and now is the thing of the past. I also managed to build a plate composition with much less bread  on it which I thought would not be possible. Both factors played a huge role in my progress.

What was the easiest part of the program for you?

Taking one step at a time. Focusing only on one thing at a time, like cooking simple meals and only then adding more variety. This all made a huge difference and allowed to implement it into my busy schedule. Actually it proved much easier than I thought it would be.

What was the hardest part of the program for you?

Building consistent behaviors like eating regular meals and keeping them compliant with the basic rules introduced during the training. It does require some discipline and work. But it is totally worth it.

Where did you notice any improvement applying the program principles?

Huge change in my mindset. I recaptured the sense of control over my body. And obviously fat loss which was a side effect of the newly introduced habits.

What were/are the biggest difficulties for you in the program in the context of your life (work, family, social etc.)?

Work in the office is actually beneficial for the program, because you can store your meals in the fridge and just warm it up. Much bigger challenge at least for me was changing a job. My day became very unstructured, I had to  start traveling extensively, driving a car for a long time etc. It’s difficult to prepare yourself beforehand and improvising is not really an effective strategy for this program. 1-2 days you can find a workaround but it will be difficult in a long run. Other aspect is the family gatherings on special occasions or visiting with your girlfriend’s parents. You need to take it out from your compliance pool. From social point of view probably for the best would be to avoid parties in the first stage. Arek provided a handful of tips and best practices on how to outmaneuver these tough spots and still lead a healthy life style.
