WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE STYLE?

I was always very active but I felt I needed to fuel my physical activity with better qualities and quantities of food. I felt I was not eating well enough for my level of physical activity.

WHAT DID YOU EXPECT FROM THE PROGRAM?

I was looking for an end-to-end so to speak kitchen logistics optimising advice. And this is exactly what I received. Work Week Foodie’s tips were beyond my expectations. Now the food prep for my demanding workouts and the sedentary office job is a pleasure. No more hours of cooking resulting in just one meal.

WHAT WAS YOUR MAJOR LIMITING FACTOR IN ACHIEVING LONG TERM SUCCESS?

For me specifically the number one challenge is the sedentary lifestyle and number two generally speaking kitchen logistics and strategies of healthy meals preparation. Probably challenging for most of the general population.

THE KEY TO SUSTAIN LONG TERM HEALTHY LIFESTYLE FOR YOU?

Rest, sleep, optimal hydration, nutritious food, good and healthy positions, biomechanics, habits and movement both in everyday life (sitting, walking, running) and in sports. I strongly believe minimizing amount of sitting is a key aspect too.

THE BIGGEST ACCOMPLISHMENT SO FAR?

200% Body Weight squat:). Honestly – the fact that I can do all the sports that I want without almost any limitations (mostly kiteboarding and crossfit).

HAS WORK WEEK FOODIE HAD ANY IMPACT ON YOUR AMAZING PERFORMANCE?

Most definitely. You gave me a lot of knowledge regarding balancing macronutrients on my plate and nutrition awareness in general, which without any doubt helped me achieve my athletic goals much faster. You were also my connection with CrossFit which redefined the way I look at sports. From look-focused to skill- and performance-focused. Much changed since then and my approach to movement and sports still evolves but You were certainly one of the guys who started the revolution for me.

WHAT IS THE BIGGEST TAKEAWAY FOR YOU?

You are very inspirational as a Diet Coach. It was amazing to see so many people around loose so much weight and feel better by making some simple changes in their habits. All that without starving oneself nor going through some very strict diets most of which backfire in the end. I would definitely recommend You as a Diet Coach (and I actually do that) to anyone struggling with fixing their plate.
